Where we ship

We launch Nepal-first, beginning with Kathmandu and major towns, and are rolling out delivery across the country and then worldwide. For international orders ahead of full rollout, please contact us.

Processing & delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Dunai / our Kathmandu point. Because each jar is filled from small, hand-purified batches, please allow a short handling time before dispatch. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and courier.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout or confirmed when you order via WhatsApp. Any free-shipping threshold or launch offer is shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site.

Order tracking

Where the courier supports it, you will receive tracking details after dispatch. For COD orders, our team confirms delivery directly.
