The product
What exactly is shilajit?
A tar-like resin that seeps from high Himalayan rock, formed over centuries from compressed plant matter and used in Ayurveda for generations. Ours is pure resin — the most authentic form.
Where is it from?
The high cliffs of Dolpo, in Nepal. We collect and purify it in Dunai, the district headquarters, where we are registered. It is finished locally and never shipped out raw.
What is in it?
100% Himalayan shilajit resin — nothing added. Naturally rich in fulvic acid, humic acid, dibenzo-α-pyrones, and 80+ ionic trace minerals.
Using it
How do I take it?
A pea-size amount (about 300–500 mg) once daily, dissolved in warm water or milk. Suitable for adults 18+.
When should I take it?
Most people take it in the morning. Consistency matters more than timing — it is a daily ritual, not a quick fix.
How do I store it?
Closed, cool, and dry, away from direct sun and heat.
Trust & testing
Is it lab tested?
Yes — every batch is tested for fulvic-acid content and heavy metals. The Certificate of Analysis is published on our Lab Report page.
How do I know it is real?
Beyond commonly-cited home checks (solubility, texture, temperature behaviour), the real proof is the batch lab report. See our Guide for details.

How do I order?
Within Nepal: order via WhatsApp with COD or eSewa / Khalti / Fonepay. Worldwide shipping and card payment are being added — join the newsletter to hear first.
Do you ship outside Nepal?
We launch Nepal-first (Kathmandu), with worldwide shipping rolling out. For international or wholesale, contact us.
